Returns Policy

At BrainVault® we stand behind our product 100%. We have carefully designed and crafted each BrainVault® to live up to high standards. If you are not happy with the craftsmanship or comfort of your BrainVault® contact us at info@brainvault.comWe request that if you are returning due to comfort that you do so within 30 days of purchase and that you that you provide proof of purchase. If you are returning due to breakage that you provide proof of purchase and a picture of your BrainVault® to the above email and request either a replacement or a refund.


Your BrainVault® is a patented technology delivered through a mouthguard. It is unlike any “typical” mouthguard. We have designed specific features that make it more comfortable and allow for certain capabilities not found in many mouthguards. Some of these designs features also come with some expectations of care. For example, the one size fits all feature consists of a living hinge. If you put your BrainVault® in between your facemask and helmet and then pull it out the living hinge could break or be weakened. Therefore, we ask you not to store it in this manner. The ability to refit your BrainVault® multiple times is a unique feature that allows you to ensure a custom fit even if you lose a tooth or if your teeth shift for some reason. However, if you bring the water in the fitting process above the 160º recommended temperature, you can damage the overmold material and cause your BrainVault® to fail.


Having said this, we believe in making sure we have happy, healthy clients so let us know if you are unhappy with anything regarding your BrainVault® and we will do our best to give you a solution. If you feel your BrainVault® has not lived up to your reasonable expectations, please contact us and we address your situation and do our best to fulfill your expectations.
